Junior Sommelier
Your Role
As a Sommelier:
-
Curate and manage the wine list
-
Recommend pairings and guide guests through wine choices
-
Train the team on wine knowledge & service
-
Ensure proper storage inventory and ordering
-
Share wine stories origins and tasting notes
-
Collaborate with the kitchen and FOH to deliver elevated service
As a Junior Sommelier:
-
Support the Sommelier in daily operations
-
Assist guests with wine selections
-
Maintain stock and storage standards
-
Deepen your wine knowledge through hands-on training
-
Deliver exceptional service while growing in the role
What You Need
-
Experience as a Sommelier or strong FOH experience with wine focus
-
Solid knowledge of wines and pairings (WSET or similar is a plus)
-
Passion for wine and professional development
-
Excellent communication and guest-service skills
-
Professional appearance & attention to detail
-
Fluent English; other languages are a bonus
