About the Job:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Workday HCM Reporting Analyst to join our clients HRIS this role you will design manage and optimize Workday reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to HR finance and leadership teams. You will ensure reporting accuracy data integrity and compliance while collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage custom reports and dashboards in Workday using Report Writer Advanced Reporting BIRT Prism and Workday Dashboards.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for HR finance and business leadership.
  • Configure and optimize Workday HCM reporting troubleshooting data and system issues.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain secure access to sensitive reports.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology and business leaders to translate requirements into functional reports or data extracts.
  • Build calculated fields and perform advanced data manipulations to support reporting needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in IT Human Resources or related field.
  • Solid Workday reporting experience; Workday Reporting Pro Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Strong report-writing and analytics skills including Advanced Reporting BIRT Prism and Workday Dashboards.
  • High-level Excel proficiency (Formulas VLOOKUP VBA) and experience building Calculated Fields.
  • Understanding of HR processes such as payroll benefits recruiting and talent management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately if possible.
