About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled HRIS Time Management Analyst to support our clients Global HRIS team. You will manage Time and Absence Management systems drive process improvements and collaborate with HR Operations and technology partners to enhance the employee and client experience. This role combines system expertise vendor management and process excellence to support a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert for Time and Absence Management systems (configuration interfaces maintenance).
- Support global absence and time management processes including workflow documentation super-user training issue resolution and payroll period-end checks.
- Recommend process improvements and maintain the system enhancement roadmap with internal and external partners.
- Manage system testing training planning and analysis for upgrades and enhancements.
- Lead discovery and documentation for new projects including as-is and to-be process mapping.
- Collaborate with HR Operations teams to resolve critical system issues escalating when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT Human Resources or related field.
- Expert-level experience with Workday and Kronos/UKG (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of process improvement requirements gathering system testing and documentation management.
- Global mindset with cross-cultural collaboration experience.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and client-service skills.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and English communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Can start immediately if possible.
