Livestream Manager (Affiliate & Internal Teams)
Onsite Pasig City Metro Manila Full-time
Sodarizer is looking for a Livestream Manager to own and scale its livestream sales engine across platforms like TikTok Live Shopee Live LazLive and Facebook Live. This role treats livestreaming as a primary revenue channel building teams and systems that keep Sodarizer live and selling every day.
What youll do
- Build and manage a strong pool of livestream sellers including internal hosts and external affiliate livestreamers.
- Plan and manage livestream schedules to ensure consistent daily coverage from morning until late night.
- Train hosts on scripts offers objection handling and live flow to maximize conversions and sales.
- Coordinate with operations customer service and inventory teams to ensure smooth execution and great buyer experience.
- Track livestream performance (sales conversion attendance) and continuously test and improve scripts offers and formats.
- Drive consistent and growing sales through livestreams focusing on conversion and revenue over views alone.
This is a channel ownership and team leadership role not a hosting role.
What were looking for
- Hands-on experience in livestream commerce affiliate selling or ecommerce brands with live selling.
- Strong background building and managing livestream seller teams and/or affiliate livestreamers.
- Experience planning and running live selling schedules across long operating hours.
- Proven ability to drive sales in live sessions and explain clearly how livestreaming impacted revenue.
- Sales-first mindset with strong ownership of a revenue channel urgency and stamina.
- Clear communicator and coach comfortable recruiting training and managing people and schedules.
Experience with TikTok Live Shopee Live LazLive or Facebook Live selling familiarity with commission-based affiliate structures and experience scaling livestream operations are strong pluses.

- Level: Specialist reporting to the Sales & Marketing Lead with internal livestream hosts and external affiliates as your managed pool.
