Job brief:
The Total Rewards Specialist will assist in the administration and coordination of total rewards programs for different operating companies. Responsibilities include supporting compensation and benefits activities assisting in employee engagement initiatives and contributing to culture enhancement efforts all aimed at improving the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of total rewards strategies and programs that reflect the companys objectives and values.
- Provide support in administering compensation and benefits programs including maintaining salary structures tracking incentives managing health and wellness initiatives and assisting with retirement benefits.
- Contribute to conducting competitive analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the companys compensation and benefits offerings in the labor market.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement job satisfaction and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to promote a cohesive and inclusive work environment contributing to diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Assist in crafting and delivering effective communication strategies to educate employees on total rewards and culture-related topics fostering transparency and understanding.
- Support data analysis and reporting efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and culture initiatives providing insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to compensation benefits and workplace culture ensuring compliance and adaptability to evolving standards and practices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in C&B or Total Rewards.
- Prior experience in total rewards compensation benefits employee engagement or culture-related roles.
- A good understanding of compensation benchmarking benefits design and job evaluation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Analytical abilities to interpret data and contribute to program enhancements.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations. Familiarity of labor laws in Guam and HK is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to the broader goals of the Total Rewards and Culture Center of Excellence
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: *Advantage but not required
- Certified Total Rewards Specialist (CTRS) or similar
