Location: BGC Taguig
Work Setup & Shift: Onsite Day Shift 6am to 3pm
Preferred Working knowledge of IPND compliance requirements.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Experience: 23 years in a similar role ideally within the Telco industry.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Telco Fixed (data & voice) products (e.g. PSTN 5G Fixed Wireless Access).
- Core Skills: Excellent Change Management and Time Management.
- Strong communication customer service and the ability to work with high autonomy and attention to detail.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Coordination-focused role responsible for managing complex change activities on deployed network solutions (e.g. new services relocations modifications terminations) for business customers. The primary goal is to ensure accurate timely and compliant service delivery to prevent rework and revenue loss.
Responsibilities
Change Management & Accuracy: Manage end-to-end service orders. Must confirm exact customer requirements upfront (get it right first time) and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail on contracts and specifications.
Compliance: Ensure all orders comply with IPND (Integrated Public Number Database) regulations.
Coordination & Communication: Act as the central point of contact. Provide regular updates to customers vendors and internal workgroups. Effectively manage and drive internal/external groups to meet tight customer schedules.
Issue Resolution & Improvement: Promptly handle rejects/exceptions. Proactively contribute to process improvement initiatives and report systemic challenges.
