The Job
Billease is building the most technologically advanced AI-driven collections shop in the Philippines. We are now hiring a tech-savvy Collections Supervisor.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of collection specialists.
Provide training guidance and support to ensure high team performance.
Grow the team to 300 FTEs within 2 years.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Set clear KPIs and track progress consistently.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with laws regulations and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate risks in the collections process.
Partner with the risk team to enhance credit risk models and strategies.

Customer Engagement:

Implement customer-centric communication approaches.
Engage delinquent customers respectfully and empathetically.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

The Ideal Candidate

Mid to Senior Level: 3 to
5 years in a similar role in the same industry
Proven leadership experience
Onsite Work Required: Must be able and willing to work onsite
