Responsibilities
As an Electrician.
You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!
- Abides by all plant safety requirements including those of an authorized electrician.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot and repair all high speed automation equipment electrical and mechanical including but not limited to thermoforming injection molding and straws.
- Perform electrical and mechanical PMs to ensure integrity of automation equipment.
- Perform changeovers on equipment to package various products
- Assist in modifying new and existing plant equipment to improve performance and productivity.
- Work with the engineering group on special projects.
- PLC and drive programming.
- Completes all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Other duties as required.

Requirements
We need you to have:
- Demonstrated ability to work safely.
- Related experience in industrial automation electrical required.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A self-starter that can work with little supervision
- Must be able to work in quality driven high demand fast paced environment
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Understand and able to troubleshoot pneumatic systems
- Experience with troubleshooting PLCs.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teach and lead other operational personnel.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read write and speak English. Solid math skills.
- Computer skills including email and other some other software skills. (ie. Word Excel)
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed per production demands
- Must be available to work overtime for vacation coverage
- Must be flexible to work other shifts as needed per production demands
