Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V / 3-phase electrical systems
- Diagnose and maintain PLC-controlled production equipment
- Install maintain and troubleshoot VFDs motor controls and MCC systems
- Interpret electrical schematics blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Cure control systems load cells and temperature sensors boiler electrical systems and motors and drives
- Support electro-mechanical troubleshooting of production machinery
- Maintain plant lighting power distribution and alarm systems
- Fabricate and modify electrical panels and controls as required
- Collaborate with mechanics and controls engineers to resolve equipment failures
- Support plant safety standards including NFPA 70E compliance
Qualifications :
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- 35 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting ability in electrical and control systems
- Experience working with PLC-based equipment
- Ability to work rotating/off shifts
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
DESIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Associate Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field
- Experience in continuous-process or heavy manufacturing
- Familiarity with industrial automation systems
Additional Information :
- Starting wage: $37.04/hr with opportunity for an additional $3/hr increase based on certification
- $1/hr Shift differential
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts (2-2-3 schedule)
