What Youll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients across multiple service lines and care settings
- Guide and expand OT programs to improve consistency outcomes and workflow
- Mentor and support clinicians through coaching training and collaboration
- Partner on documentation standards audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a clinical leader while remaining embedded in day-to-day patient care
What Were Looking For
- Graduate of an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy program
- California OT license (active or eligible)
- 5 years of clinical OT experience
- Interest in leadership mentorship and program ownership
- Prior lead or supervisory experience welcomed not required
- Certified Clinical Instructor (CCI) credential is a plus
- Comfort with Spanish-speaking patientsor interest in developing those skills
Skills That Help You Thrive
- Experience with EMRs (Cerner familiarity preferred)
- Organized steady leadership style with strong follow-through
- Ability to balance independent clinical judgment with service-line priorities
- Working knowledge of healthcare documentation (ICD-10 / CPT preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
