As an Account Executive You will be accountable for:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing construction and distribution sectors and beyond.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at acquiring new clients and driving revenue expansion.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles by effectively managing multiple stakeholders and overcoming objections to successfully close complex deals.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass quota targets with a strong focus on delivering measurable revenue growth.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports to ensure transparency and accountability across the sales process.

We Hope You Have:

  • Proven track record as a hunter with a minimum of 3 years experience in full-cycle ERP or enterprise software sales consistently exceeding challenging sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented excelling in fast-paced and competitive sales environments.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities with the confidence to engage senior executives and multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with the aptitude to identify customer challenges and position tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
  • Highly coachable proactive and committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
