About the Role
Were hiring an Account Executive to sell recruiting services to inbound leads across multiple industries. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to work warm interest pick up the phone and close deals without hand-holding.
Youll be speaking with business owners and hiring managers who are actively looking for help hiringyour job is to qualify advise and close.
Youll work hybrid (remote & in person with us in Austin).
What Youll Do
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into new customers
- Make daily outbound dials to follow up with prospects and move deals forward
- Sell recruiting and hiring solutions across multiple industries
- Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs urgency and budget
- Present recruiting service options clearly and confidently
- Manage your pipeline and deals through a CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
Who You Are
- 13 years of Account Executive or inside sales experience
- Experience selling to inbound leads (not just cold outbound)
- Comfortable making high-volume dials and running live calls
- Confident selling services (recruiting staffing SaaS or B2B preferred)
- Able to sell across different industries and buyer personas
- Organized coachable and competitive
