PathPoint is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to help lead our Individual Supported Employment (ISE) program in Thousand Oaks CA 91360. ISE aims to support adults with developmental disabilities at worksites throughout Ventura County with job coaching services and supports. As the Program Coordinator you will ensure the quality effectiveness and efficiency of our services.

Schedule: 40 hours per week Mon- Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm. May required occasional evenings or weekends.

Starting Pay: $25.25 per hour. The pay range for this position is $23.99 - $26.51 an hour (subject to change based on a variety of factors).

What Youll Do:

You will manage the day-to-day operations of the program overseeing employment services to maintain high quality and consistency in line with policies procedures and Service Designs. You will support Direct Support Professionals serving as a resource for staff addressing concerns about individuals served and assist in developing proactive creative supports. You will handle work schedules provide coverage during staff absences and step in to offer direct care when necessary. Additionally you will standardize procedures to improve efficiency assign tasks and ensure all work aligns with policies and standards.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in social work human services or a related field or equivalent experience or Associates-level degree and at least three years of experience in the developmental disability service delivery system.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Must have a valid California drivers license with at least 5 years driving history a satisfactory driving record and be eligible for coverage on PathPoints auto insurance policy.
