Job Summary
This position seeks a Certified Nurse Midwife with strong experience in gynecology and full-scope midwifery care including antepartum intrapartum and postpartum services. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available with options for office-only or labor & deliveryonly schedules. Candidates should have at least one year of experience as a practicing midwife and be able to care for patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
Job Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nurse-midwifery services including antepartum intrapartum postpartum well-woman care and family planning in accordance with established protocols.

Maintain required productivity levels and meet annual encounter expectations.

Participate in or lead interdisciplinary team activities and contribute to annual healthcare planning.

Conduct history and physical examinations for new and returning patients.
-
Manage acute and chronic conditions within established protocols in collaboration with physicians.
-
Refer patients appropriately to other healthcare providers or community resources.
-
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g. ultrasounds lab work).
-
Offer emotional support and guidance during pregnancy labor and postpartum periods.
-
Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs identifying high-risk pregnancies.
-
Administer medications injections and IV infusions as needed during labor.
-
Provide postpartum care to mothers and newborns.
-
Support patients and families coping with miscarriage termination stillbirth or neonatal loss.

Maintain accurate up-to-date medical records.
-
Maintain hospital delivery privileges as required.
Qualifications
-
Active Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Midwife licensure.
-
Certification from the American Midwifery Certification Board.
-
Active DEA registration and NPI number.
-
Authorization to practice in the United States.
-
Ability to work flexible hours across office and hospital settings.
-
Prior experience in OB/GYN and midwifery roles preferred.

CPR and NRP certifications preferred.
