Job Summary

We are seeking a Luxury Vacation Planner to join our remote team. This role involves working directly with clients to plan and design personalized luxury vacation experiences. Youll use your creativity attention to detail and knowledge of destinations to provide clients with travel plans that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their preferences lifestyle and travel goals.
Research and recommend luxury accommodations tours and experiences.
Design and present customized itineraries with a focus on high-end details.
Arrange bookings for flights hotels transfers and excursions.
Provide exceptional client support before during and after travel.
Stay current on luxury travel trends destinations and supplier updates.
Create tailored vacations for clients

Qualifications

Passion for travel luxury experiences and client care.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Prior experience in travel hospitality or client services is helpful but not required.
Need to be a citizen of the US UK Mexico Spain or Australia
