Job Summary
Were looking for a motivated Remote Healthcare Recruiter to help source and connect with top healthcare professionals across the United States.
This is a 100% remote commission-based role offering maximum flexibility and earning potential.
What Youll Do
- Source and engage healthcare professionals (physicians APPs nurses etc.)
- Use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and attract the right candidates
- Communicate with prospects via phone email and messaging platforms
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Work independently while meeting recruitment goals
Requirements
- Basic to conversational English and Spanish
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn (search outreach messaging)
- Ability to utilize social media platforms for recruiting
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work from home
- Self-motivated organized and results-driven
