The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking CNC Machinists. Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machinery including loading programs tooling and fixtures.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers gauges).
Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and G-code to ensure proper part specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine alarms tool wear and program errors.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

Proficiency in operating and setting up CNC mills and/or lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and GD&T specifications.
Strong understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and troubleshooting.
Experience with precision measuring instruments (e.g. calipers micrometers bore gauges) for quality inspection.
Knowledge of various cutting tools inserts and their applications for different materials.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with CAM software (e.g. Mastercam Fusion 360).
Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with advanced quality inspection tools (e.g. CMM optical comparator).
Forklift certification.
CAD software proficiency (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD).
