Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) on the production floor.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and deliver quality training programs for production and quality personnel.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and generate regular reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance/control role within a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems (e.g. AS9100 IATF 16949).
• Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies such as SPC FMEA Root Cause Analysis and 8D problem-solving.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and team leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor personnel.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP).
• Experience with advanced quality planning and problem-solving tools (e.g. APQP PPAP 8D FMEA facilitation).
