What youll do

You will own the daytoday performance of your shift by leading from the production floorplanning coordinating and supervising production activities to safely deliver on quality cost and output targets. Youll take accountability for building an engaged capable team by coaching developing and holding operators to clear standards while reinforcing Nutrecos safety quality and 5S expectations. Working closely with Production Maintenance and Supply Chain youll set daily priorities align staffing and schedules monitor SQCDME KPIs and proactively address issues as they arise. Through clear communication handson problem solving and continuous improvement youll ensure plans are executed effectively and results are achieved.

You bring proven experience supervising production teams the confidence to make daytoday decisions and a strong commitment to safety quality and operational discipline. You know how to motivate coach and hold people accountable while fostering a positive respectful team culture. Comfortable working crossfunctionally with Production Maintenance and Supply Chain you communicate clearly stay organized under pressure and proactively solve problems as they arise. Youll also need

• Handson production leadership experience with the ability to supervise schedule and coordinate teams of operators in a manufacturing or operations environment while meeting safety quality cost and delivery targets.

• Strong people leadership and accountability skills including coaching training performance management and the confidence to address attendance discipline and safety issues fairly and consistently.

• Operational planning and execution capability with experience prioritizing daily work aligning staffing to production schedules and coordinating with Maintenance Production and Supply Chain to minimize downtime.

• Commitment to safety quality and compliance with a proven ability to enforce HSE standards interpret specifications maintain documentation and ensure adherence to plant policies and 5S standards.

• Problemsolving communication and continuous improvement mindset demonstrated through monitoring KPIs (SQCDME) leading structured problemsolving efforts and clearly communicating priorities and expectations across teams.
