Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in credit analysis commercial lending or loan review
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or Business preferred
- Strong financial statement interpretation and credit writing skills
- Proficiency with Excel; knowledge of Salesforce or nCino is a plus
- Familiarity with commercial loan systems and corporate credit products
Description:
- Perform detailed financial statement analysis to support underwriting of complex C&I loans
- Collaborate with Portfolio and Relationship Managers to structure transactions and strategize on client relationships
- Prepare credit approval documents with accurate loan terms exposure calculations and policy exception tracking
- Monitor assigned commercial loan portfolios including covenant tracking and performance reviews
- Participate in internal credit discussions and external client meetings
- Mentor junior Credit Analysts and contribute to special projects as assigned
- Ensure adherence to lending guidelines and bank credit policy
