Location: Durham NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday No Weekends

What Youll Do
- Provide nursing assessments interventions and medication monitoring
- Administer and record psychotropic medications as prescribed
- Monitor medication effectiveness and side effects
- Collaborate with the psychiatrist on medication protocols
- Support individuals with medication adherence and health promotion
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Deliver care in community settings including client homes
What Were Looking For
- Active unrestricted RN or APRN license in NC or VA
- Valid drivers license auto insurance and clean driving record
- Mental health experience preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed person-centered care
