Job Summary

MUST HAVE WI LICENSE & BLS AT TIME OF SUBMISSION

Shift: 12 hour ROTATING shift (mostly nights but will be expected work some days)

Shift Information: 6pm - 6am/6am - 6pm

Unit: Adult Hospital (may be floated to Youth)

Patient Ratio: The adult units capacity is 16 patients and when full and fully staffed-which is usually the case-a day-shift nurse may care for up to 6 patients while a night-shift nurse may have up to 8.

Weekend/Holiday Requirements: as required by the facility (possibly EOW/EOH)

Charting: Cerner

Required Skills/Certifications:

CPI certification required (or willing to get within 45 days of start)
2 years of recent behavioral health experience required
Cerner experience preferred
May be floated to Youth Hospital as needed or if census is low
WI license and active BLS required at time of submission
