Job Description
We are seeking a Workday ERP Specialist with strong technical expertise in Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). The role includes designing building and maintaining Workday integrations collaborating with business stakeholders configuring Workday solutions and ensuring seamless data flows across systems. The specialist will troubleshoot integration issues support Workday HCM functionality and contribute to continuous improvement of the Workday platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Workday integrations using Workday Studio.
- Design and build EIB interfaces to support diverse data integration needs.
- Engage with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical Workday solutions.
- Provide maintenance enhancements and support for Workday integrations and configurations.
- Troubleshoot Workday technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between Workday and other systems.
- Support Workday Payroll processes including configuration workflows and compliance.
- Participate in payroll system upgrades enhancements and migrations.
- Provide end-user support and training during implementation and post-go-live.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Workday Studio for building custom integrations.
- Experience creating EIB integrations within Workday.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration and processes.
- Knowledge of payroll policies tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to configure pay policies pay codes and earnings/deductions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in team environments.
- Workday Payroll Certification Mandatory
- Workday Studio Integration Consultant certification preferred.
