We deliver dependable staffing solutions supported by full recruiting operations. We are seeking an experienced closer to drive new client acquisition and secure staffing contracts.
About the Role
This is a commission-only business development position for an experienced staffing professional. The role focuses on prospecting presenting staffing solutions negotiating terms and closing new client contracts. Recruiting support is provided internally once job orders are secured.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new staffing clients across multiple industries
Present pricing markups margins and staffing models
Negotiate service agreements MSAs and contract terms
Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with hiring managers
Complete vendor registrations on procurement portals as needed
Partner with recruiters to ensure successful placement fulfillment
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue goals
Build and manage long-term client relationships
Compensation (Commission-Only)
This role is fully commission-based.
Earnings are paid as 10% of company profit for every placement closed.
Profit Bill Rate Pay Rate Employer Taxes/Operational Costs
This creates residual income as long as the assignment continues.
Example:
Profit of $20/hr Commission $2/hr
Full-time placement earns approx. $3840 annually for the closer.
Estimated Annual Potential:
5 placements: $12000 $18000
10 placements: $25000 $35000
20 placements: $50000 $70000
30 placements: Six figures
Qualifications
Experience in staffing sales or workforce solutions
Strong understanding of bill rates margins markups and contract terms
Proven record of closing staffing contracts
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Motivated and able to work independently
Experience in healthcare administrative or government staffing preferred
Location
Remote. Los Angeles preferred.
