Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing the repairs scheduling function acting as a key point of contact for internal teams contractors and customers. The post holder will ensure repairs are accurately diagnosed scheduled efficiently and delivered in a timely and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance scheduling diary to ensure effective allocation of repairs
- Work closely with the Property Administration and Customer Services teams to ensure repairs are correctly diagnosed and scheduled
- Act as the first point of contact for scheduling repairs
- Liaise directly with internal and external customers to resolve issues using standard procedures in a timely efficient and effective manner
- Maintain clear communication to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered
Essentials:
- Strong organisational and scheduling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
