The Boeing CompanyWere currently looking to hire a Flight Operations/Global Engagement Scheduler to join our team based at the Training Campus in Crawley. This facility is located close to Londons Gatwick Airport.
Position Responsibilities:
- Applies knowledge of policies procedures regulations and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials to others
- Participates in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to meet departmental requirements
- Assists in the research and evaluation of organizational issues of moderate scope and complexity
- Supports meetings and reviews to ensure that information visibility is provided.
- Gathers requirements for projects of moderate scope and complexity and ensures all requirements are met
- Contributes to the development and maintenance of the department schedule and budget; assists in monitoring and tracking execution of the plan and communicates plan status
- Plans and coordinates facility requirements by interfacing with focal points to satisfy the needs of the business and employees
- Maintains and tracks training requirements
- Assists with content development of training materials by interfacing with others
- Works under general supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with CAAS DGCA CAAC EASA and FAA rules and regulations regarding pilot currency and proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dispatcher License
- Bachelor degree or higher
