Junior Mortgage Broker

Up to 30k Basic Uncapped Commission

Our client is a highly successful property finance brokerage based in London. Continued growth has resulted in the need to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Mortgage Broker to join the team. Responsibilities

Assist clients in identifying suitable mortgage products tailored to their needs.
Provide professional advice and guidance on mortgage options ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Manage and process mortgage applications efficiently liaising with lenders and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with market trends mortgage products and regulatory changes.
Support senior brokers and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Experience Required

At least 12 months of experience in a mortgage sales related role.
CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
