The Role: Retail Store Manager
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day management of the Fourways store. The role focuses on driving sales leading a small retail team and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable and professional service aligned with the brands standards.
Key Responsibilities

35 years retail experience with at least 12 years in a store management role

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance

Lead motivate and manage store staff to achieve sales and service targets

Drive sales performance through customer engagement and product knowledge

Manage stock control merchandising and loss prevention

Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated queries

Maintain store presentation in line with brand guidelines

Compile basic reports and provide feedback to management
About You

35 years retail experience including 12 years in a management role

Strong leadership and people management skills

Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset

Organised responsible and able to work independently

Own car and valid drivers license highly advantageous or proven reliable transport to Fourways
