Job Description
We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our on-site team in LACS Santos. This role is suitable for candidates with or without prior experience who are motivated to work in a dynamic customer support environment.
You will be responsible for assisting customers handling inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

German language: Fluent (spoken and written)

Work Schedule

Rotative shifts: Monday to Sunday

Working hours: Between 08:00 and 24:00

Shuttle service provided for late shifts
