What you will do
As a Warehouse Supervisor youll work alongside your team to ensure daily tasks are completed safely accurately and on time. You will supervise and support team members while actively participating in warehouse operations. This role is a hands-on leadership positionperfect for someone who enjoys being part of the action while guiding others toward success.

General Accountabilities
- Work side-by-side with warehouse team members to receive store and ship products or materials.
- Supervise daily activities providing guidance and support to ensure goals and deadlines are met.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
- Promote and enforce warehouse safety and security programs.
- Help prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation for operations and safety compliance.
- Issue shipping instructions and coordinate routing to meet delivery schedules.
- Communicate with leadership to align on goals and metrics for the warehouse.
- Inspect warehouse conditions and equipment; coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Respond to internal customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support development and documentation of standard operating procedures for handling storing and shipping materials.
- Track and trace goods in transit expediting orders when necessary.
Job Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certifications in logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
Skills:
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
- Service orientation and customer focus
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (Forklift/Telehandler experience required)
- Familiarity with warehouse systems; SAP experience is a plus
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $73k-100k (Salary to be determined by the education experienceknowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with marketdata.)
