WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer who will be responsible for designing developing and delivering software solutions that meet both business and client requirements. With typically 11 years of experience this role involves leading engineering projects providing technical guidance and ensuring the scalability performance and quality of software systems.
The Principal Software Engineer collaborates closely with product management design and other engineering teams to define technical solutions and integrate them into the product development lifecycle. This position necessitates advanced problem-solving skills expertise in software engineering practices and the ability to mentor teammates.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
You will be using multiple technologies and your responsibilities will also include:
Lead the design and development of complex software solutions ensuring they meet business and client needs.
Provide technical leadership guidance and mentorship to other engineers creating a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams including product management and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of solutions into the product.
Review and improve software design architecture and implementation to ensure performance scalability and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices continuously improving engineering processes and solutions.
Contribute to the development of technical documentation and ensure alignment with product specifications and user requirements.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Facilitate design discussions and work break down with team and stakeholders.

Programming
Deep expertise Core C# and Angular frameworks.
Solid focus on code quality maintainability security and documentation.
Champion of coding standards design patterns and best practices across the team.
Databases & Data Structures
Advanced knowledge of relational (SQL Server/Azure SQL) or nonrelational (Cosmos DB/MongoDB) databases.
DevOps & CI/CD Practices
Solid understanding of Azure DevOps and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Advocate of automation Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Azure Bicep and continuous testing.
Cloud Technologies
Proficient grasp of Azure cloud services (App Services Functions Storage Key Vault Azure AD B2C etc).
Experienced in architecting cloudnative solutions around microservices including good experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud security best practices.
Design & Planning
Design software features evaluating size risks and planning implementation task breakdown and efficient collaboration.
Debugging & Problem Solving
Resolves complex multiservice issues across distributed systems.
Improves system resilience and prevents recurrence through rootcause analysis and systemlevel fixes.
WHAT WE VALUE
Azure certifications (e.g. AZ-900 AZ-204).
Experience with containerization (Docker Container Apps)
