We are looking forQuality Assurance Analyst.This position willbefull-timeandHybrid - Bengaluru.
What Youll Do
Analyze business requirements and prepare correspondingtest casesand test data.
Perform manual andautomation testingto validate software functionality and quality.
Design develop and maintainautomation scriptsusingJava Selenium.
Identify suitabletest casesfor automation and ensure timelyexecutionof automation suites.
Log track and report defects; collaborate with development teams to ensure closure.
Participate inAgile ceremoniesand contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and sharetest executionreports and summaries.
Work independently to manage assigned modules and deliver quality results within timelines.
Ensure adherence to QA processes standards and best practices.
What Youll Need
Required:
Bachelors degree in BE/MCA/MSc (Computer Scienceor related field).
Total Experience: Around 5 years including.
Manual Testing: Minimum 23 years.
Automation Testing(Java Selenium): Minimum 2 years.
Strong understanding of SDLC STLC andQA methodologies.
Hands-on experience indefect managementand test case management tools.
Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred:
ISTQB certificationor exposure to manufacturing/distribution systems
Physical Demands
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor.
