The Role

We are seeking anexperiencedEnvironmental OperationsManagertolead and oversee environmental service lines including stack and stationary engine testing ambient air monitoring LDAR and OGI projects at industrial and energy-sector facilities. This role combines strategic oversight with operational management ensuring safeaccurate and efficient project delivery while supporting cross-training professional development and client opportunityfor leadership development and a defined career path for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations workflows and field staff.
  • Ensure compliance with policies regulations and safety/quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets expenses schedules and resource allocation.
  • Implement and improve office and project procedures for efficiency.
  • Support HR functions mentoring and staff development.
  • Lead or support field programs and ensureaccuratedata collection and reporting.
  • Serve as primary contact for clients regulators and internal teams.
  • Review and approve project deliverables reports and regulatory submissions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Environmental Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum5-7 years ofairtesting experience (source testing ambient LDAR OGI).
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in industrialor consultingsettings.
  • Proficientusingair emissions testing equipment (CEMS wet methods IR cameras etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations safety protocols and QA procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and regulatory engagement.
  • Willingness to travel overnight and work outdoors including at elevated heights.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
