The Role
We are seeking anexperiencedEnvironmental OperationsManagertolead and oversee environmental service lines including stack and stationary engine testing ambient air monitoring LDAR and OGI projects at industrial and energy-sector facilities. This role combines strategic oversight with operational management ensuring safeaccurate and efficient project delivery while supporting cross-training professional development and client opportunityfor leadership development and a defined career path for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations workflows and field staff.
- Ensure compliance with policies regulations and safety/quality standards.
- Manage project budgets expenses schedules and resource allocation.
- Implement and improve office and project procedures for efficiency.
- Support HR functions mentoring and staff development.
- Lead or support field programs and ensureaccuratedata collection and reporting.
- Serve as primary contact for clients regulators and internal teams.
- Review and approve project deliverables reports and regulatory submissions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum5-7 years ofairtesting experience (source testing ambient LDAR OGI).
- Leadership or supervisory experience in industrialor consultingsettings.
- Proficientusingair emissions testing equipment (CEMS wet methods IR cameras etc.).
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations safety protocols and QA procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and regulatory engagement.
- Willingness to travel overnight and work outdoors including at elevated heights.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
