Job Summary
The Program Supervisor oversees staff compliance and performance for the behavioral health access program.
Responsibilities
Supervise all team members
Ensure trauma-informed service delivery
Monitor outcomes and reporting
Ensure OMHSAS compliance
Requirements
Masters degree in behavioral health field
Active PA license (LCSW LPC etc.)
3 years supervisory experience
