About the Quality and Enablement Specialist - X:

MarketStaris looking for a Quality and Enablement Specialist to support our X team. You will work directly with Sales Enablement Training Leaders and Team Leaders to develop and implement quality assurance processes that drive success within the SMB Market. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented individual driven to ensure thata high levelof professionalism productivity and quality aremaintainedand continually improved across the X program. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the brand voice of X while helping our sales professionals reach their full potential through data-driven insights.

Location:Ogden UT - Hybrid

What Will You Do

  • Review the quality of work performed by the SMB sales team through consistent monitoring of call recordings and email correspondence.

  • Use quality monitoring data systems to compile and track performance metrics at both the team and individual levels.

  • Identifyspecific training gaps based on audit findings and communicate those needs to the training department.

  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive internal and external quality reports for management review.

  • Lead calibration sessions with Senior Leadership and Team Leads to ensure a unified standard of quality across all SMB products.

  • Provide actionable performance data to various internal support groups to drive program-wide improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve program initiatives andmaintainclient-specific quality standards.

  • Deliver direct constructive feedback to sales team leaders toassistin representative coaching and development.

  • Create andmaintainstandardized workflows and procedures to improve the accuracy and efficiency of sales engagements.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What Will You Need to Succeed

  • Direct B2B or digital advertising sales experience is;previousQuality Assurance experience is preferred.

  • Proven ability to interpret data dashboards toidentifyperformance trends and specific areas for focus.

  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficiencyin Google Workspace products including Gmail Forms and Sheets.

  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate others and drive high-level performance.

  • An adaptive style with the ability to work at both micro and macro levels.

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability tooperatesuccessfully in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Capability to adapt quickly to change and adjust priorities based on the evolving needs of the SMB Market.
