Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed 3D architectural and interior design BIM models using Revit ensuring compliance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural MEP and ID disciplines using Navisworks for clash detection and resolution.
- Interpret design drawings sketches and markups to produce accurate and detailed BIM content.
- Support the production of construction documentation including plans sections elevations and schedules.
- Maintain project model integrity through updates revisions and version control throughout design and construction phases.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide modelbased solutions to support project delivery.
- Create and manage Revit families templates and libraries in line with office standards.
- Assist in implementing and adhering to projectspecific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Provide guidance to junior modelers and contribute to BIM workflow improvements.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural and ID BIM modeling.
- Expertise in Autodesk Revit for architectural and interior design applications.
- Proficiency in Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing materials and construction methods.
- Familiarity with local and international codes and documentation standards.
- Experience working on largescale commercial residential or mixeduse developments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across disciplines in a fastpaced environment.
