Job Summary
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and manage electrical BIM models from IFC stage upgrading them progressively to LOD 400 and LOD 500.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines (architectural structural mechanical etc.) to ensure model consistency and resolve design conflicts.
- Extract and prepare detailed 2D electrical shop drawings from BIM models as per project requirements.
- Update the model with site redlines and modifications for final as-built deliverables.
- Implement COBie data as required for facility management handover and project close-out.
- Follow established BIM documentation workflows and standards to maintain consistency and accuracy across project phases.
Key Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in BIM modeling for electrical systems in construction or engineering projects.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical) Navisworks and AutoCAD.

Familiarity with BIM execution plans model coordination techniques and clash detection.

Knowledge of COBie standards and data structuring within BIM models.

Ability to interpret and apply redlines and site modifications accurately.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
