Role Purpose:
We are seeking a Senior / Team Leader Mechanical Site Engineer with strong experience in Testing & Balancingand related fields. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities leading a team of engineers/technicians ensuring quality execution and delivering projects to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise site teams in executing HVAC Testing Adjusting & Balancing activities.
Ensure proper implementation of system validation procedures (HVAC BMS IAQ Medical Gas etc.).
Oversee calibration thermal mapping and firefighting system testing at project sites.
Review project specifications drawings and client requirements to ensure compliance.
Conduct site inspections measurements and performance checks for mechanical systems.
Prepare and review technical reports test results and project documentation.
Ensure quality standards safety regulations and project deadlines are met.
Provide technical guidance mentorship and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Coordinate with consultants contractors and clients for project progress and handover.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
49 years of hands-on experience in HVAC Testing & Balancing and system validation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and site operations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
