Job Summary

Client > Vehicle Manufacturing / Advanced Mobility
The Role > The Client is seeking a highly experienced Primavera P6 Planning Expert to support a complex multi-year vehicle development program currently in its design and development phases. This role requires deep technical mastery of Primavera P6 with the ability to structure manage and optimize planning frameworks within a dynamic product development lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate > The successful candidate will operate as a subject matter expert in Primavera P6 ensuring the tool is configured and leveraged effectively across the program. This role requires more than operational scheduling — it requires strategic and technical command of Primavera as a planning architecture tool within a long-term product development program
Tasks/Activities assigned > Structure and optimize Primavera P6 to support complex engineering workflows; Define coding structures calendars activity classifications and governance standards; Conduct impact assessments related to scope changes and engineering modifications; Identify interdependencies across design procurement and readiness activities; Translate technical development activities into structured scheduling frameworks; Align planning with stage-gate and milestone-driven program governance; Produce structured insight-driven reporting for senior leadership; Provide forward-looking schedule analysis and risk visibility; Support strategic decision-making with data-backed planning intelligence
Requirements of the position > 1) 10–15 years of Primavera P6 experience at advanced level 2) Demonstrated experience in complex multi-year programs 3) Experience within product development advanced manufacturing automotive aerospace or similar engineering-led environments is highly desirable 4) Proven ability to manage schedules in dynamic cross-functional settings 5) Experience supporting consulting-led or transformation programs is an advantage 6) Arabic is a plus English professional 7) Executive-level reporting and dashboard development
Workload/Location> Riyadh KSA (On-site with limited remote flexibility)
