Multi-Site Management: Coordinating maintenance and health and safety compliance across seven local primary school sites.
Strategic Oversight: Managing site staff at each location and procuring external contractors for large-scale capital projects.
Compliance Lead: Acting as the lead for all statutory building regulations and ensuring a safe environment for all learners.

Essential Requirements: Extensive experience in facilities management. Own car needed for travel between sites (mileage/petrol covered).
