Role Information
The school is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and security of the school site. The role includes opening and closing the premises carrying out routine maintenance and repairs managing contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
You will also support the preparation of rooms for events examinations and school functions as well as respond promptly to any site-related issues.
Requirements
Previous caretaking or site management experience
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
Practical maintenance and DIY skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and reliable approach
