Our ECT support programme is second-to-none focusing on professional communication to help you translate complex coding and algorithmic concepts into engaging lessons for GCSE students. You will be mentored by a Lead Practitioner in STEM.
Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Digital Innovation: Instructing Computer Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Technical Mastery: Teaching Python data structures and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Professional Growth: Participating in weekly mentor sessions and bespoke communication workshops for early-career teachers.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Computer Science or IT.
Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS).
Support: 10% reduced timetable and a dedicated ICT technician.
