Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager and working closely with various internal stakeholders your main responsibilities will include:
- Entering and monitoring customer orders
- Providing support to the sales teams
- Handling customer inquiries
- Following up on invoice payments
- Maintaining the customer database (CRM)
- The role includes supporting the accountant with auxiliary tasks such as posting basic journal entries
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of public tenders
- Performing various administrative tasks (event organization support shipment of instruments supply orders etc.)
Qualifications :
You hold a degree such as FPII Ciclo Formativo de Grado superior or similar and you are recognized for your versatility energy and a proactive mindset. Beyond your experience your personality will make the difference:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A reliable well-organized approach to work
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A solid working level of English
- SAP Knowledge will be highly valued
