The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in improving the schools visibility and engagement through strategic content creation and digital marketing. The position will focus specifically on the academic year and summer camp programmes.
Responsibilities include content creation social media management website management newsletter production photography graphic design and copy writing. This position involves interactions with many stakeholders and requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and creativity.
Main responsibilities:
Content Creation
Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with our schools objectives and target audiences.
Create compelling high-quality content for various platforms including social media newsletters and the school website.
Social Media Management
Manage and enhance the schools presence on social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram and LinkedIn.
Develop and implement organic and paid social media campaigns to increase engagement and follower count.
Newsletter Production
Write and curate newsletter content ensuring it aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
Graphic Design
Design and create visual content for marketing materials including mini-brochures advertisements social media posts and graphics for the website.
Copywriting
Write clear compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials.
Proofread and edit content in English and French to ensure accuracy and consistency in tone and style.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in both French and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management and SEO.
