We re Hiring Business Development Manager Bancassurance

Location: Pune

CTC: 2.5 LPA 5.5 LPA
Role: Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets via bank partnerships
Build strong relationships with branch managers & staff
Support sales through joint customer meetings & illustrations
Generate leads through walk-ins referrals & bank data
Train bank staff on products and selling skills
