Job Description:

We need Tech Business Analyst for the open position; we need the candidates to be comfortable in TDD/BDD/Gherkin. In addition the candidates should have prior experience in business analysis for the development of Java applications.

Required experience:

Business Analyst with the Technology Background in Java
Able to convert the Functional Stories to Technical stories.
Ability to create Component System Interface diagram and explain the developers for the Coding
Have knowledge on HLD/LLD
Work experience in Banking and Financial projects preferably in Cards Domain
Should have worked in Agile Project
Requirement gathering and analysis
Coordination with stakeholders to understand business needs
Documentation of business requirements and use cases
A delivery focused approach to work and the ability to work without direction
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Ability to multitask and prioritize with urgency
Ability to work in large collaborate teams to achieve organizational goals
