Facility: Alaska Regional HospitalNeed: Occupational Therapist Shift: 4 days 10 hour shifts rotating schedule to include weekendsUnit: Rehab Services Cost Center:777Length of Assignment:13 weeksAlaska state fingerprint and state background must be cleared or in provisional status to start working. Scrubs: olive green Unit Information: (insert name) Location: Alaska Regional Hospital Address: 2801 Debarr Road Anchorage AK 99508 Floor: 5th Building: Main Hospital General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 175 Number of Staff 60 therapy providers (PTOTSLPs PTAs COTAs) Shift for the Traveler --- 10 hour days to include heavy weekend rotation Type of staff: inpatient acute care facility o Day Shift (example 1 charge 3 RN 2 CNA and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios 8-10 patient daily Type of equipment - EMR EPIC On Call Requirements- N/A Weekend Requirements: Yes 2-3 weekends per month Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Acute care experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
