Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer with strong expertise in AP AR GL and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules to support a Healthcare client with Medicaid experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience in Oracle EBS development integrations and support within a regulated healthcare environment.

Note: Experience in the Healthcare domain specifically Medicaid systems is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities:

Develop customize and support Oracle EBS R12 modules: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) and P2P
Design and develop PL/SQL packages procedures functions triggers
Work on Oracle Forms Reports XML Publisher (BI Publisher) and Workflow
Support and enhance P2P lifecycle including requisitions purchase orders invoices and payments
Develop and support interfaces conversions and reports
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis
Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Developer
Expertise in AP AR GL and P2P modules
Advanced PL/SQL development skills
Experience with Oracle EBS R12
Experience working in federal or government-regulated environments
