Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CT Technologist to join our imaging team in Bloomington IN. The CT Tech will perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders established protocols and safety standards. This role requires strong technical expertise patient-centered care and the ability to work independently during night shifts.

Responsibilities

Perform CT scans including routine emergency and contrast-enhanced studies
Ensure patient safety proper positioning and image quality
Operate CT equipment and associated imaging systems
Administer contrast media per protocol and monitor patients for adverse reactions
Verify physician orders and accurately document procedures in the EMR/PACS
Adhere to radiation safety standards infection control policies and departmental procedures
Perform routine equipment quality checks and report malfunctions as needed
Collaborate with radiologists nurses and other healthcare staff to support timely patient care

Qualifications

ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required
Active Indiana Radiologic Technologist license (or eligibility)
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Minimum of 1 2 years of CT experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts Wednesday through Saturday
