Job Summary

Exp : 3 to 10 Yrs

Roles and Responsibilities (KRAs)
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications workflows and Flow Designer
automations
Build and troubleshoot Integration Hub spokes REST/SOAP integrations
Create & enhance Service Portal widgets pages and UI components
Develop and maintain Transform Maps and data load activities
Implement attachment handling and restricted APIs securely
Contribute to ITOM/ITSM/CSM or other application module implementations
Participate in code reviews unit testing and deployment activities
Key Skills & Competencies
3 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development
Strong knowledge of: Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies Script Includes
Integration knowledge: MID Server Web Services OAuth API authentication
CMDB data model understanding (preferred)
Experience in at least one ServiceNow product suite (e.g. ITOM)

Educational Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent

Preferred Certifications (If Any)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM / HRSD / SPM / GRC any)
ITIL Foundation Certification
